A different way to grow:

STOMP stands for “Science and Technology for Optimization of Maximum Performance”. This means the strategy for our athletes, is based on variables that cater to each athlete, while team building, so that our players can excel in competition as a cohesive unit, and bring that development back to their performance at their school.

The Athlete Development Model:

The RPF STOMP Athlete Elevation Model is designed for athletes and families who want development to extend beyond practices and games. It combines skill training, physical preparation, nutrition, technology, accountability, and athlete exposure into one coordinated system

For athletes, the model provides science-based, game-focused training designed to improve performance, decision-making, confidence, and consistency. Weekly team training and assigned workouts create structure outside of competition, while nutritional education helps athletes understand how fueling and recovery support performance. Modern tools and technology can also be used to track progress and create a more intentional development process.

For parents, the model provides a clearer roadmap for supporting their athlete. Families receive guidance on development, exposure, and building an athlete profile, helping them better understand how to showcase progress and pursue appropriate opportunities.

The goal is simple: develop the complete athlete. Rather than focusing only on basketball skills, the RPF STOMP model connects training, preparation, education, accountability, technology, and exposure to help athletes perform at a higher level, sharpen their focus, and position themselves for greater opportunities.
